Job Description
Imtiaz Super Market is looking for a committed Talent Acquisition Officer to enhance our recruiting efforts. In this pivotal role, you will partner with hiring managers to assess staffing requirements and craft detailed job descriptions. Your duties will entail posting job listings, sourcing candidates via diverse channels, and screening resumes. You will coordinate interviews, manage candidate databases, and ensure a seamless experience for all applicants.
In addition, you will support the organization of job fairs and recruitment events, while also preparing relevant recruitment reports. This is a full-time position with a salary range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month, and work will be conducted in person.
