Job Description
SKIN XPERTS is looking for a committed Chat Support Representative to become a vital part of our team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for providing essential information to new customers, efficiently resolving complaints, and following up through phone and email communications. In this role, you will also introduce customers to our additional products and services and collaborate with various departments to address inquiries effectively.
Office Location: Gulistan e Jauhar Block 15, near Continental Bakery (Working Hours: 11 AM – 8 PM)
Job Type: Full-Time
Compensation: Basic Salary of Rs 30,00 (Fixed) plus commission on sales (Variable), with potential monthly earnings ranging from Rs 30,00 to Rs 45,00.
