Job Description
Reports to: CEO
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Minimum 6 years of field sales experience; travel or Umrah industry experience preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for travel and Umrah services.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets.
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Negotiate contracts with partners ensuring mutual benefits.
- Conduct field visits to strengthen client relationships and team performance.
- Perform market research to stay updated on industry trends.
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs120,00.00 per month
