Job Description
We are looking for a qualified Attendance Supervisor to join our team at a confidential company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing employee attendance, managing absenteeism, and maintaining punctuality records. Key duties include tracking attendance data, collaborating with department heads to resolve discrepancies, ensuring adherence to company policies, and preparing reports for management evaluation.
Applicants should have 1-2 years of experience in attendance supervision in a factory setting, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and a strong proficiency in biometric systems, Excel, and HRMS software. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills and a keen attention to detail.
