Job Description

Tanzeela Abid is currently seeking a dedicated Logistic Executive to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries from our customer support and compliance departments, managing courier exceptions, and following up on delayed shipments. Additionally, you will process lost in transit claims and maintain our claims reporting system.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent communication skills are essential.
