Job Description
Maryam Bearing Industry is currently searching for a qualified Maintenance Incharge (Mechanical) to lead the maintenance operations of our machinery and mechanical systems. This position requires effective team leadership, strategic planning for both routine and emergency repairs, and strict adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment.
- Enhance maintenance protocols to minimize downtime and improve troubleshooting efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance operations and equipment history.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: Matriculation and above.
- More than 20 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, ideally within engineering sectors.
- Proficient technical knowledge coupled with strong leadership capabilities.
