Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate from a recognized university.
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu (neutral dialect) is essential.
- Prior experience of 6 months to 2 years is preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $32K – $45K (with performance-based incentives).
- Flexible rotational shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer calls and deliver online support.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for effective service.
