Job Description
MindStorm Communications is in search of a dedicated Quality Assurance Officer to ensure exceptional service delivery. We invite candidates with 6 to 12 months of experience in quality assurance from industries outside of call centers. The ideal applicant will demonstrate strong analytical abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to enhancing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor calls and evaluate processes to uphold quality standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend corrective measures.
- Provide constructive feedback on calls to enhance performance.
- Maintain documentation and reports related to quality.
- Collaborate with teams on quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Quality assurance experience outside of call centers.
- Exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work night shifts on-site.
