Job Description
Think Higher Consultants is on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Service professional to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in providing administrative support, ensuring our office runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical tasks, such as mailing, scanning, and copying.
- Manage client communications and oversee official documents.
- Support office activities and maintain inventory of supplies.
- Respond to incoming calls and emails efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience.
- Proficient in MS Word and other MS Office applications.
