Job Description
Techsurge Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Associate to join our Retail Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing activities within the Centralized Accounts Management Unit (CAM), ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and procedures.
Your primary duties will include reviewing account opening forms, verifying customer requests, and promptly activating accounts, all while maintaining a 99% accuracy rate in case processing.
We welcome applications from candidates with up to one year of experience, strong interpersonal skills, and a solid understanding of online banking products.
