TRB Complex is in search of an enthusiastic and skilled Operations Manager to lead the daily operations of our esteemed marriage hall. This pivotal role is essential for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring operational efficiency in a lively environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and enhance daily operations and service standards.
- Manage staffing, schedules, and logistical arrangements.
- Supervise event setups and onsite teams.
- Collaborate with clients for effective event planning.
- Perform inspections to uphold facility quality standards.
- Address and resolve on-site challenges to ensure client satisfaction.
