Job Description
Digitech Outsourcing Solution is seeking a motivated Cold Outreach Specialist to generate and qualify leads by identifying potential property owners and landlords utilizing platforms such as Zillow. In this essential role, you will be responsible for initiating outreach, scheduling meetings with our CEO, and managing follow-ups to enhance conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Research rental properties on Zillow.
- Cold Outreach: Reach out to landlords via phone, email, and text.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate property suitability and landlord interest.
- Meeting Coordination: Arrange appointments with the CEO.
- Follow-Up: Develop relationships with leads to increase conversion rates.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of interactions through CRM software.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs80,00.00 – Rs90,00.00 per month
