Job Description

iGATE Technology is seeking a Logistic Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

• Address daily CTS queries from customer support and compliance teams.
• Issue courier exceptions to the Customer Service department as needed.
• Monitor couriers for parcels that exceed delivery Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• File claims for parcels lost in transit.
• Maintain an updated claims report that includes Accepted, Rejected, and In-Process claims.
• Engage in various tasks as directed by your reporting manager.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s Degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, and strong communication skills.
