Job Description
Riz Solutions, situated in Islamabad/Rawalpindi, is seeking experienced Inbound Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our team for a UK-based Taxi Company. PLEASE NOTE: This position is NOT a work-from-home opportunity. Only candidates available to work from our office in Soan Gardens should apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls and manage taxi bookings efficiently.
- Accurately input booking information into our system.
- Provide customers with quotes and respond to their inquiries.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the interaction.
- Timely dispatch of jobs to drivers.
Requirements: Must be fluent in English, possess a minimum of 2 years of call center experience (preferably in taxi booking), and demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time | Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month
