Job Description
We are looking for a committed HR Officer to oversee the complete recruitment process, providing new employees with a seamless onboarding experience. Your tasks will include conducting orientation sessions, maintaining accurate employee records, and contributing to the development of HR policies.
In this role, you will manage daily HR administrative functions and foster a positive workplace culture. Moreover, you will be responsible for handling in-house health insurance and implementing travel policies to ensure cost-efficient arrangements.
The ideal candidate will hold a BBA (Hons) with a specialization in HR and have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
