Job Description
MoveUp Technologies is searching for a dynamic and experienced Operations & Business Development Manager to lead the comprehensive workflow of our US-based construction estimation company. The role entails managing internal processes, guiding the estimation team, and fostering client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire estimation process from lead generation to job closure.
- Lead and mentor a team of estimators and support staff.
- Implement cold calling and client acquisition strategies.
- Develop and present compelling project proposals and bids.
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements: Candidates should possess proven experience in operations or business development within the construction industry.
