Job Description
Global Immigration Consultants is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Engagement Officer to enhance our online presence. The successful candidate will actively interact with our audience across numerous platforms, forging strong relationships while representing our brand.
Key Responsibilities: You will respond to client inquiries, provide accurate information, maintain exceptional customer service, and cultivate community trust on social media. Additionally, you will create automated content workflows for our YouTube channel.
Requirements: Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, an understanding of service processes, and demonstrated experience in customer engagement or social media management.
Location: 10-K, Phase 1, DHA Lahore, Pakistan | Shift: 10 am to 6 pm (Mon-Sat) | Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract.
