Job Description
ASK Development Limited is looking for motivated and professional Banking Helpline Agents to become part of our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering excellent customer service in the telecom sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while attending to customer calls.
- Address customer inquiries by providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Process customer orders, ensure details are verified, and manage payment transactions.
- Update and maintain customer accounts with relevant information.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs55,00.00 per month (including performance-based incentives)
Requirements: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and 6 months of experience in the banking sector (CSR).
