Job Description
Aura Studio is seeking a meticulous HR Executive to enhance our Human Resources team. The primary responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment efforts, coordinating engagement initiatives, and ensuring adherence to HR policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee employee records and support payroll processing.
- Post job advertisements and arrange interviews for candidates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and address employee inquiries.
Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, a minimum of one year of HR experience, and excellent organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Entry-level | Salary: Rs30,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
