Job Description
Medheave Healthcare IT Services is looking for a dedicated Client Relationship Manager to build robust partnerships and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and be available for on-site evening shifts from 5 PM to 2 AM in Rawalpindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their trust and satisfaction.
- Manage onboarding processes and facilitate client transitions.
- Conduct regular client check-ins and feedback sessions.
- Ensure adherence to HIPAA and CMS regulations.
