Job Description
Vibractive is on the lookout for a skilled and enthusiastic Coffee Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of our café. The successful candidate will ensure efficient operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and effectively manage a cohesive team.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily café operations, supervise staff, uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards, address customer inquiries or complaints, monitor inventory levels, and contribute to marketing strategies.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of café management experience, excellent leadership abilities, hands-on proficiency with POS systems, and adaptability with work schedules.
