Job Description
Arksbay Solutions is seeking a talented HR Operations Expert to oversee HR functions while ensuring compliance with Pakistan’s labor laws. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing leave policies, employee lifecycle processes, payroll coordination, and maintaining HR compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence to employment contracts and workplace regulations.
- Oversee leave policies and employee benefit programs.
- Enhance HR operations and maintain precise employee records.
- Provide guidance on HR-related matters to improve the employee experience.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or a related field, 1-2 years of experience in HR operations, and a solid understanding of Pakistan’s labor laws.
