Job Description
We are actively searching for a motivated Talent Acquisition Intern who is eager to learn the full hiring process, including candidate sourcing, screening, and onboarding, all while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post job openings and source candidates through various portals and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interview scheduling.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Maintain accurate applicant records and recruitment reports.
- Assist in the rollout of job offers and onboarding activities.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; excellent communication skills; and a willingness to learn.
Job Type: Internship – 3 months. Compensation: Starting at Rs 20,00.00/month. Work Location: In-person.
