Shift: Night Shift (US Business Hours)

Thrive360 Technologies is looking for dedicated Verifiers to join our US Home Warranty Campaign. Your primary role will involve verifying customer information and ensuring compliance while keeping accurate records.
Responsibilities:
- Verify customer information for home warranty services.
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure documentation accuracy.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and US regulations.
- Update CRM software with comprehensive records.
- Collaborate with the sales team to maintain quality assurance.
Qualifications:
- Experience in verification or call center roles is preferred.
- Strong English communication skills are required.
- Able to manage high-volume calls effectively.
- Must be willing to work night shifts.
