Job Description

We are currently looking for an Experienced Medicare Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a full-time, on-site role.
In this position, you will deliver exceptional customer support, ensuring satisfaction while enhancing the overall experience through phone, email, and live chat interactions. Your responsibilities will include addressing inquiries, escalating issues as necessary, and maintaining accurate customer records.
The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, and preferably have experience in a Medicare campaign. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
