Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Executive Architectural Associate to provide vital support to our CEO at Shelter. This exceptional role combines executive assistance with architectural acumen, making it an ideal fit for candidates with architectural expertise who wish to shape our company’s future.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer executive support, including managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Contribute to strategic planning, facilitate design reviews, and participate in client meetings.

- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, excellent organizational abilities, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
