Job Description
Benchmark BPO Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Representative. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with customers, provide exceptional service, and promote our products and services to meet sales targets.
Your key responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, effectively promoting and selling our offerings, and assisting customers in resolving issues to ensure a positive experience. Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, along with a customer-focused mindset, are essential. Previous experience in customer sales is preferred, and candidates should be prepared to work night shifts.
