Job Description
The Centaurus Movenpick Hotel, a symbol of luxury in Islamabad, is seeking a talented Lebanese Chef de Cuisine. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will deliver exceptional culinary experiences while ensuring adherence to hotel recipes and standards.
Key responsibilities include preparing Lebanese dishes, collaborating with team members, maintaining food quality, and ensuring cleanliness in the kitchen. You will also manage daily communication with Outlet Chefs and contribute ideas during shift briefings. A commitment to food safety and minimizing waste is essential.
