Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Procurement Manager to join our team in the fast-paced fast food industry. This dynamic role requires a proactive approach to sourcing and managing kitchen purchases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee procurement activities for kitchen and fast food supplies, adhering to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Procure groceries, perishables, packaging, and essential kitchen items.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors while negotiating favorable contracts.
- Implement strategies to reduce costs effectively.
- Ensure consistent inventory alignment between SAP records and physical counts.
- Identify and onboard new vendors to enhance pricing and quality.
Qualifications: A degree in a related field, a minimum of 3 years of procurement experience within the fast food sector, proficiency in SAP, and exceptional negotiation skills. Competitive salary range: $100k – $130k, plus potential benefits.
