Job Description
We are looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team at The Ranking Geeks, located in the TRG Office, Sutlej Ave, Block B1, PGECHS, Lahore. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of up to 80K PKR.
Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM
Walk-in Interviews: 8 PM – 10 PM
Preference: Male Candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate walk-in interviews and oversee hiring initiatives
- Manage the complete recruitment process
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports
- Work closely with team leads to assess hiring requirements
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 1 year of HR experience in a call center/BPO environment
- Able to multitask and thrive under pressure
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field is preferred
