Job Description
Dr. Bilquis is thrilled to announce an immediate opening for the position of Chat Support Executive. In this role, you will play a key part in welcoming new customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and providing continuous support.
Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include offering information to new customers, confirming their satisfaction, informing them about additional products, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
Skills Required: Candidates should possess excellent customer service skills, strong analytical abilities, multitasking capabilities, and a patient demeanor.
Location: Near Continental Bakery, Gulistan e Jauhar, Block 15
Salary: Rs 30,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00 per month (plus commission)
