Job Description
IDP Education Ltd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our team. You will provide exceptional customer service, meet sales targets, and guide students on educational opportunities in the VET and university sectors, while navigating immigration processes.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Assist with student placements and understand immigration requirements.
- Utilize outstanding communication skills in English.
Qualifications:
- 6 months – 1 year of call center experience is preferred.
- Education Counsellor experience is a plus.
Salary: Rs50,00/month | Full-time | Morning shifts (Mon-Fri) | Location: Lahore
