Job Description

PayMedics is on the lookout for a meticulous and experienced Institutional Billing Executive to oversee the complete billing processes for our institutional healthcare clients. This position will primarily involve preparing and submitting institutional claims (UB-04), verifying payer requirements, monitoring aging reports, and resolving any billing discrepancies to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 1-2 years of experience in institutional billing. Candidates should have strong proficiency in medical billing software and excellent communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer annual bonuses, comprehensive health insurance, and paid time off.

Work Hours: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday.
