Job Description
Brickclay is actively seeking a committed HR Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA or MBA degree and will be tasked with managing employment resumes, conducting background checks, and maintaining applicant logs. Key responsibilities will include facilitating HR orientations for new hires, processing termination documentation, verifying unemployment claims, and addressing employee complaints and job analyses. The HR Executive will uphold confidentiality, maintain personnel records, and contribute to the development of HR strategies across the organization.
Qualified candidates should demonstrate strong reporting skills, organizational capabilities, and effective verbal communication. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Rs30,00.00 to Rs40,00.00 monthly.
