Job Description
At-Desk PVT LTD is looking for a committed Customer Service Representative to strengthen our customer service team in the UK. In this role, you will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound calls, adhering to communication scripts, and interacting with customers through voice, chat, and various other platforms. Your primary duties will include identifying customer needs, addressing inquiries, and providing effective solutions while ensuring accurate record-keeping.
Ideal candidates will have a background in international call centers, possess exceptional communication skills, and be proficient in computer and internet technologies. Work hours are Monday to Saturday from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM at our Bahadurabad office. The monthly salary ranges from Rs45,00.00 to Rs50,00.00.
