Job Description
The Skin Xperts is seeking a dedicated Chat Representative to specialize in Order Booking. This role involves providing essential information to new customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and conducting follow-ups to maintain high levels of customer happiness. You will also have the opportunity to promote additional products, answer inquiries efficiently, troubleshoot common issues, and collaborate with a team to deliver effective solutions.
Key Skills: Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and excellent multitasking and organizational skills are essential for this position.
Location: Near Continental Bakery, Gulistan e Jauhar Block 15
Salary: Rs 30,00.00 – Rs 40,00.00 per month plus commission.
