Job Description
User Experience Hub (PVT) LTD is on the lookout for a highly technical and detail-oriented QA & Customer Support Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in mobile and web application quality assurance, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and embrace a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance testing on mobile applications and websites.
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries in fluent American English.
- Efficiently troubleshoot user issues.
Requirements:
- In-depth understanding of QA tools and testing methodologies.
- Must be located near DHA Multan.
Hourly Rate: $2.50 – $3.50, Contract Duration: 6 months, Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week.
