Job Description

Link HR Consultants is seeking a motivated HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will manage employee records and maintain our HR database, assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, and coordinate employee benefits and insurance programs.

Your responsibilities will include conducting new hire orientations and trainings, assisting with performance management and employee relations, processing payroll, and managing employee time off requests.

You will also help ensure compliance with HR regulations, coordinate employee events, and provide general administrative support to the HR department.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
