Job Description

Smart Placement is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Software/Application Support. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience in software or application support, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the logistics, supply chain, or transportation sectors. Hands-on experience with logistics software systems such as Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Order Management Systems (OMS), or route optimization is essential. Familiarity with mobile applications and handheld devices used by delivery or warehouse personnel will be an advantage.

Applicants should possess a strong understanding of logistics workflows, order processing, and shipment tracking. Proficiency in SQL, alongside knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and basic cloud platforms, is required.
