Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated HR Generalist to join our dynamic team in Karachi. If you are passionate about enhancing organizational effectiveness and streamlining HR processes, we want to hear from you! This mid-level role offers a competitive salary range of PKR 55,00 – 70,00.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating seamless HR service delivery across multiple locations.
- Leading the full recruitment process for the region.
- Nurturing employee relations and effectively resolving grievances.
- Supporting payroll processing and preparing HR reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
