Job Description

Are you an experienced Network/System Administrator with a solid background in system maintenance and customer support? If so, we invite you to join our vibrant team at Web Concepts Pvt Ltd. Your skills in server administration and network management will contribute significantly to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers, as well as network devices.
• Monitor network performance and security protocols.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to clients.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the billing platforms (SAS and Zal Pro).
• Collaborate on various system integration projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in system and network administration.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, and networking protocols.
• Demonstrated customer support capabilities.
