Job Description
HRSG Outsourcing Pvt Limited is seeking a dedicated Store Manager to uphold our brand’s quality and service standards. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations, including staff management, training, and scheduling. Strong leadership skills are essential for driving store performance through effective KPI management. You will also address customer inquiries and operational challenges promptly while fostering a positive company culture. Additionally, inventory and stock control will be part of your responsibilities.
We require 3-5 years of management experience along with excellent leadership and customer service abilities. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging from Rs100,00 to Rs130,00. A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
