Job Description
ESAJEES is looking for a dedicated Accounts Cashier to oversee cash and bank transactions, maintain accurate financial records, manage petty cash, and ensure adherence to financial policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process cash, checks, and customer payments efficiently.
- Accurately record all cash transactions in the accounting system.
- Reconcile the daily cashbook and manage petty cash funds.
- Ensure compliance when depositing collected amounts.
- Issue receipts and maintain organized transaction documentation.
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and create reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and fundamental accounting knowledge.
