Job Description

Doart Energy is looking for a highly skilled Executive Coordinator to provide support to our Managing Director. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the MD’s calendar, scheduling appointments, and preparing essential documents such as presentations and reports. This role is crucial in facilitating effective communication between the MD and various stakeholders while ensuring confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include supervising administrative staff, overseeing daily office operations, coordinating company events, and assisting with HR tasks as required.

Qualified candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role, exceptional organizational skills, and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
