Job Description
Leopards Courier Services is looking for a dedicated Seller Support Executive to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns through WhatsApp, phone calls, and email communications. This role involves fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring prompt resolution of issues, and maintaining accurate data and daily reports.
Job Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Job Type: Full-time
Compensation: Rs33,00 per month
