Job Description

Perfect Group is actively searching for an experienced and results-oriented Business Development Manager to spearhead the growth strategy for our network of 4–5 pharmacies located in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate strategies to boost pharmacy revenue.
• Establish partnerships with healthcare providers.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activities.
• Foster strong relationships with distributors and suppliers.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Supervise store performance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree is preferred along with 3–5 years of experience in business development and excellent communication skills.
