Job Description
Your Cloud Campus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a track record in sourcing and hiring top-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate hiring processes in accordance with approved headcount.
- Conduct interviews and candidate screenings.
- Manage hiring protocols and onboarding approvals.
- Assist the HR Manager with salary and bonus review processes.
- Oversee the Reward and Recognition program.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and maintain thorough record-keeping.
Experience Required: A minimum of 1 year in human resources.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management.
Salary: Rs50,00.00 – Rs80,00.00 per month.
