Job Description
Vibrant Tech is excited to announce an opening for a Female HR Manager to join our dynamic team. This position requires onsite work during the night shift, from 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday, located in Bahadurabad, Karachi.
Position: HR Manager
Experience: 2–3 years in HR roles
Qualification: BBA or MBA with a specialization in HR preferred
Gender: Female candidates only
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes
- Facilitate employee onboarding and performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage employee relations and various HR functions
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs100,00.00 per month
