Job Description
Jinglecred Digital Finance Limited is looking for a proactive Training Executive to develop, implement, and assess training programs for our call center team. This critical position ensures that our employees possess the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and facilitate training initiatives for onboarding and skills development.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new employees and evaluate training requirements.
- Produce training materials and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Work collaboratively with department leaders to identify and address skill gaps.
Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, 1-2 years of training experience in a call center environment, exceptional communication skills in English and Urdu, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Location: Main IJP Road, Islamabad | Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs45,00 – Rs50,00 per month
