Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Junior Associate to enhance our team at TheHassol. This full-time role is essential for supporting daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and the maintenance of employee records.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment initiatives, conducting employee onboarding processes, and preparing essential HR documentation. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and have 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, along with excellent communication skills.
The salary range for this position is between Rs45,00.00 and Rs50,00.00 per month. Please note that this is an in-person role.
